Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effects of using Yuxing Changzhi Decoction combined with buspirone hydrochloride in the treatment of depression after stroke.Methods:Sixty patients with depression after stroke treated in our hospital from September 2013 to February 2016 were selected as study subjects and were randomly divided into combined group and controlled group with 30 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with buspirone hydrochloride and the treatment group was additionally treated with Yuxing Changzhi Decoction.The changes of related indexes of depression and neurological function [Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD) scores,modified Edinburgh Scandinavia Neurological Stroke Scale (SNSS) scores],TCM clinical effect,activities of daily living scale (ADL) scores before and after treatment and drug safety were observed.Results:Before treatment,there were no significant differences between the two groups in HAMD score,SNSS score and ADL score (P ＞ 0.05).After treatment,HAMD scores and ADL scores were significantly lower than those before treatment,while SNSS scores were significantly higher,and the decrease and increase in the combined treatment were more significant than those in the controlled group (P ＜ 0.05).After treatment,the total effective rate of traditional Chinese medicine in the combined group (83.33％) was significantly higher than that in the controlled group,and the incidence rate of adverse reactions (6.67％) was significantly lower (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:Yuxing Changzhi Decoction combined with buspirone hydrochloride can effectively reduced the HAMD and ADL scores,increase SNSS scores,and improve the clinical effect.It is an effective,safe and reliable treatment regimen.关键词
