Clinical Observation of Using Self-made Yiqi Qudu Recipe in Promoting Wound Healing Effects of Low Anal Fistula after Operation

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical wound healing effects of Self-made Yiqi Qudu Decoction in the treatment of patients with low anal fistula after operation.Methods:140 patients with low anal fistula after operation were chosen in our hospital in the period from March 2014 to March 2015 and randomly divided into two groups including controlled group (70 patients) with routine treatment of western medicine and TCM group (70 patients) with Self-made Yiqi Qudu Decoction on the basis of the controlled group;and the clinical effect,wound healing time,wound scores after operation and the levels of anorectal pressure index before and after operation of both groups were compared.Results:The clinical effect of the TCM group were better than the controlled group,and the differences were statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).The wound healing time of TCM group were shorter than the controlled group,and the differences were statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).The wound scores in 7,14,21 and 28d after operation of TCM group were better than the controlled group and the differences were statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).There was no significant difference in the levels of anorectal pressure index of the TCM group before and after operation (P ＞ 0.05).There was significant differences in the levels of anorectal pressure index after operation between 2 groups (P ＞ 0.05).Conclusion:Using Self-made Yiqiqudu Decoction in the treatment of patients with low anal fistula after operation can efficiently relieve the clinical symptoms of wound,accelerate the wound healing process,and not affect the function of anus and rectum.关键词
