解毒止血汤联合功能锻炼促进全髋关节置换术后快速康复的临床疗效观察

Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of the combination of Jiedu Zhixue Decoction combined with functional exercise to promote the rapid recovery of patients after total hip replacement.Methods:80 cases of elderly patients undergoing total hip arthroplasty in our hospital from January 2015 to May 2016 were selected.According to different treatment methods,all patients were randomly divided into observation group and controlled group,each group of 40 cases.The controlled group received routine care.The observation group was treated with the combination of Jiedu Zhixue Decoction combined with functional exercise.The clinical efficacy,length of stay,exhaust time,time to get out of bed,hospital costs and postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Results:The recovery rate (95％) of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the controlled group (62.5％) (P ＜ 0.05).The observation group of patients in hospital time,ambulation time and hospitalization expenses were better than the controlled group [(12.5±3.1) VS (19.3±3.8);(3.0±0.8) VS (3.9±0.7);(2.5±0.5) VS (3.0±0.7)] (P ＜ 0.05).The complication rate of the observation group (5％) was significantly lower than that of the controlled group (15％) (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:Jiedu Zhixue Decoction combined with functional exercise can effectively promote the rapid rehabilitation of patients after total hip replacement,improve the quality of life of patients,and reduce the cost of medical treatment,it is worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
