何氏化痰汤治疗前庭性偏头痛临床疗效观察

摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe and explore the clinical curative effect of He Shi Hua Tan Tang in the preventive treatment of vestibular migraine.Methods:70patients with vestibular migraine were divided into the observation group of 38cases and the control group of 32cases.each group of patients were registered for relevant information,imaging,ENT specialist examination and knowledge.patients in the observation group received He Shi Hua tan Tang,in the morning and evening a dose of TCM decoction with warm water were administered.Patients in the control group was took orally flunarizine hydrochloride 5mg,once a day.Seven days for one course of treatment.Both were observed continuously for about 4weeks.Patients were followinged-up after 12weeks.Results Acording the treatment of the comprehensive score and the main clinical symptoms,he observation group was superior to the control group in the treatment of vestibular migraine.In the treatment effect,treatment of 4weeks and 12weeks after the follow-up of two group total effective rate was 97.7％,84.4％ and 89.5％,63.3％,view The observation group was superior to the control group,and the conclusion was that he was effective in the treatment of vestibular migraine.关键词
