摘要
Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the clinical effect of Yiqi Huoxue Sanjie Recipe combined with hyperthermia in the treatment of upper limb lymph edema after radiation of operated beast cancer.Methods:90 cases with upper limb edema after radiation of operated beast cancer were randomly divided into two groups,controlled group and observation group,45 cases in each group.The observation group was given Yiqi Huoxue Sanjie Recipe and hyperthermia,the controlled group was given hyperthermia only.Results:After three weeks treatment,in the controlled group,the change of the upper limb circumference,edema and pain were better than that in the controlled group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:The effect of using Yiqi Huoxue Sanjie Recipe combined with hyperthermia in the treatment of upper limb lymph edema after radiation of operated beast cancer was significant,this theraphy is worthy of clinical use.关键词
