小针刀联合地榆川椒熏蒸汤治疗慢性肛裂临床研究
Clinical Study of Using Acupotomy Combined with Diyu Chuanjiao Fumigation Decoction in the Treatment of Chronic Anal Fissure Fumigation
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of acupotomy combined with Diyu Chuanjiao Fumigation Decoction in the treatment of chronic anal fissure.Methods:A retrospective analysis from June 2014 to August 2016 in our hospital for treatment of chronic anal fissure patients with small needle knife in 94 cases,the observation group had 46 cases,with small needle knife combined with Diyu Chuanjiao Fumigation Decoction fumigation treatment etc;the controlled group had 48 cases,with acupotomy treatment,and then used the glass alum lotion fumigation,Lithospermum oil gauze.The pain degree of the two groups of patients at different time points were compared,and the growth of granulation was analyzed,and the therapeutic effect was analyzed.Results:In the observation group,the 3d,5d,7d pain score and the duration of pain relief were lower than those in the controlled group,P ＜ 0.05;the observation group 5d,7d,l0d,14d granulation score and wound healing time were lower than the controlled group,P ＜ 0.05;the effective rates of the two groups were all above 95％,there was no significant difference between the groups,P ＞ 0.05.Conclusion:Using acupotomy combined with Diyu Chuanjiao Fumigation Decoction in the treatment of chronic anal fissure can relieve the pain of patients,promote wound healing,can be popularized and used in clinic.关键词
