Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of acupuncture at shu-points ot live-organs combined with rehabilitation training in treating hemiplegia after cerebrovascular accident.Methods 130selected patients with hemiplegia after cerebrovascular accident admitted into our hospital from August 2013to August 2015were divided into control group (n =65) and research group (n =65) by registration order.Control group received conventional rehabilitation therapy and fufangxueshuantong capsule,and research group received acupuncture at shu-points of five-organs on the basis of the treatment of A group.The changes of NIHSS,OHS,SDS,SAS,ADL,Fugl-Meyer,TCM syndrome and Berg Balance Scale of two groups before and after 3-month treatment were compared and analyzed.Results Compared with pre-treatment,scores of NIHSS,OHS,SDS,SAS and TCM syndrome of patients in two groups significantly decreased after treatment,while scores of ADL,Fugl-Meyer and Berg Balance Scale significantly increased (P＜0.05);After treatment,scores of NIHSS,OHS,SDS,SAS and TCM syndrome of patients in research group were significantly lower than those in control group,while scores of ADL,Fugl-Meyer and Berg Balance Scale were significantly higher than control group (P＜0.05).Conclusion Applying acupuncture at.shu-pints of five-organs combined with rehabilitation training in treating hemiplegia after cerebrovascular accident can effectively relieve clinical symptoms,improve curative effects and promote patients' recovery,which is worthy of further generalization.关键词
