理肝和脾法指导下针药合用对难治性突发性耳聋患者SDS SAS评分的作用
The Efficacy on SDS/SAS Scores of Refractory Sudden Deafnesspatients Treated by Acupuncture-drug Combination Based on Smoothing the Liver and Regulating the Spleen

Abstract
Objective:Observing the anxiety and depression of 62 refractory sudden deafness cases treated by acupuncturedrug combination based on smoothing the liver and regulating the spleen.Exploring the efficacy of acupuncture-drug combination based on smoothing the liver and regulating the spleen to treat the refractory sudden deafness.Methods:This research was a randomized controlled clinical trial.The treatment group was acupuncture-drug combination group,the controlled group 1 was acupuncture group,the controlled group 2 was modification Qilong Decoction group.The treatment was lasted for 4 weeks and the anxiety and depression was evaluated by the Self-rating Depression Scaleand Self-Rating Anxiety Scale before and after the treatment.Results:The P-value of SDS/SAS scores by repeated measures analysis in the treatment group and the controlled group were both less than 0.05,while the SDS/SAS scores in the controlled group 2 were without obvious decline;the variance analysis P-value of SDS/SAS scores between the treatment group and the controlled group 1 in the same visit time were both more than 0.05,the variance analysis P-value of SAS scores between the treatment group and the controlled group 2 in the same visit time was more than 0.05,and the variance analysis P-value of SDS scores between the treatment group and the controlled group 2 after 4weeks was less than 0.05.Conclusion:After the acupuncture-drug combination treatment and acupuncture treatment based on smoothing the liver and regulating the spleen,the SDS/SAS scores were decreased,but without obvoius difference between the two group.The decline of SDS score was more significant in the acupuncture-drug decoction combination group than in the modification Qilong Decoction group,while no obvious differences in the change of SAS scores.关键词
