Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of acupoint Xinshu,four points of ginger moxibnstion for treatment of spleen deficiency type of chest pain.Methods:80cases were randomly divided into the treatment group and the western medicine control group,four cases in each group,with 40cases in each group.After 4weeks of treatment,the incidence of the 2groups of patients before and after treatment,the duration of symptoms,blood coagulation index and clinical efficacy.Results:the total effective rate of treatment group was 90％,control group total effective rate was 72.50％,the clinical curative effect of the two patients with significant difference (P＜0.05);group and control group in the duration of chest pain,chest tightness and the incidence of symptoms and PT,APTT,FIB,DD after treatment there was statistically significant difference (P＜0.05).Conclusion:Xinshu,four points of ginger moxibustion for treatment of spleen deficiency type can reduce the incidence of chest pain,improve endothelial function and blood coagulation,relieve symptoms,worthy of further study in large sample clinical.关键词
