摘要
Abstract
Objective:Evaluating the clinical efficacy of using Danhong Injection in elderly patients with coronary heart disease.Methods:83 cases of coronary heart disease patients from April 2014 to July 2015 in our hospital for treatment,using a random number table method would be divided into two groups,41 cases in which the observation group,the choice on the basis of conventional therapy Danhong Injection processing,the controlled group had 42 cases,only the choice of conventional therapy treatment,the two groups were observed and compared the clinical efficacy of treatment and lipid profile.Results:The effect of the observation group was better than the controlled group,the difference was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05);serum lipids of patients in the observation group indexes were lower than the controlled group,the difference was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:Danhong Injection can be used in the treatment for senile coronary heart disease,its clinical efficacy is better,not only can effectively reduce the clinical symptoms,but also reduce serum TC,TG level,should be popularized.关键词
