摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of Compound Danshen Dripping Pill (CDDP) on lipid metabolism and arteral intima-media thickness (IMT) of carotid in patients with impaired glucose tolerance.Methods:Selecting 156 cases with impaired glucose tolerance in the outpatients as the study objects.All cases were given Compound Danshen Dripping Pill.Observing the differentces of before treatment and treatment after 6 months.Results:At the end of the study,the carotid artery IMT decreased significantly,and the level of total cholesterol (TC),triglyceridemia (TG),low-density lipoprotein (LDL-C) were reduced while high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) increased significantly.Conclusion:CDDP can improve the lipid metabolism in patients with impaired glucose tolerance and delay the development of atherosclerosis.关键词
