miRNA在中医药防治大肠癌中的研究进展
Research Advance of MicroRNAs in the Provention and Treatment of Colorectal Cancer with Traditional Chinese Medicine
摘要
Abstract
Colorectal cancer,including colon and rectal cancer,is a common malignant tumor of the digestive tract,the incidence increased year by year.MicroRNAs (miRNAs) are small non-coding RNAs of about 18-24 nucleotides in length.They regulate the expression of genes and participate in the regulation of cell growth,differentiation and apoptosis.Occurrence and development are closely related.At the same time in recent years research reports suggest that miRNAs are widely involved in the anti-tumor effect of traditional Chinese medicine process.It is of great significance to explore the molecular mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine in the prevention and treatment of colorectal cancer at the level of miRNA,which provides a new breakthrough for the development of modem TCM theory.关键词
