足痹通络方治疗糖尿病性周围神经病变的疗效观察
Effect of Zubi Tongluo Decoction in Treating Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy

Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Zubi Tongluo Decoction Footbath in treating diabetic peripheral neuropathy (DPN).Methods:A total of 90 DPN patients were randomly divided into control group and treatment group.The patients in both groups received diabetic comprehensive treatment and treatment group were additionally given Zubi Tongluo Decoction Footbath.Three month was a course of treatment.The clinical symptoms and nerve conduction velocity in two groups were observed before and after the treatment.Results:The total effective rate of treatment group (91.1%) was significantly higher than the control group (71.7%) and the difference was significant (P<0.05).In treatment group,the sensory conduction velocity (SCV) and the motor conduction velocity (MCV) of bilateral common peroneal nerves were obviously improved,and the improvement was more obvious than the control group (P<0.01).No serious adverse reactions were observed during the treatment.Conclusion:Zubi Tongluo Decoction Footbath has good curative effect and high safety in treating diabetic peripheral neuropathy.关键词
