Abstract
Polyhydroxyalkanoate/titanium dioxide (PHA/TiO2) composites were prepared by blending methods.The effects of TiO2 content on crystallization and mechanical properties of PHA/TiO2 composites were studied.The results show that TiO2 can cause heterogeneous nucleation of PHA,and higher melting temperature (Tm) and heat enthalpy (ΔH) can be obtained by adding TiO2.The tensile strength at break and tensile yield strength of PHA/TiO2 composites increase first and then decrease with the increasing content of TiO2,and both the tensile strength at break and tensile yield strength can reach the maximum when TiO2 content is 5%.The elongation at break and work of fracture of PHA/TiO2 composites decrease first and then increase with the increasing content of TiO2.The impact strength also increases first and then decreases with the increasing content of TiO2.关键词
