摘要

Abstract

The moulding process of automobile anterior intraparietal guard plate was analysed,the CAD/ CAE/CAM design ideas and methods of its injection mould were described,and the designs of parting surface,exhaust system,gating system,cooling system and general mould structure were introduced in detail.Then taking the core model as an example,the NC machining process and tool path simulation of the forming surface and parting surface NC machining process and tool path simulation were analysed.The application shows that,the mould structure design is reasonable,the numerical control processing craft of the fixed model core is feasible,and the qualified plastic parts can be obtained by injection moulding.
