Abstract
With solid triallylisocyanurate (TAIC) as the crosslinking accelerator,the crosslinked ethylene vinyl acetate (EVA) copolymer with different content of solid TAlC was prepared through electron beam irradiation (the irradiation dose was 120 kGy).The effects of solid TAlC on tensile and electrical properties of the crosslinked EVA samples were investigated,and the EVA samples were analyzed by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR).The results indicate that:with the increase of solid TAlC contents,both the elongation at break and tensile strength of the EVA samples show a decline trend,but the volume resistance increases,and the volume resistance basically keeps constant when the solid TAlC content is above 3 phr.The FTIR analysis shows that,when the EVA samples containing solid TAIC are irradiated,the greater the content of solid TAlC is,the more incomplete the TAlC reaction is,and that leads to the decrease of tensile properties of the samples.关键词
