摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells (BMSCs) induced to tendon cells by BMP-14,provided methods of obtaining tendon tissue engineering seed cells.Methods The BMSCs obtained from adult rabbit was cultured in the establishment of two group-experimental group (using BMP-14 induced culture) and control group (using natural differentiation).Use collagen type Ⅰ immunohistochemical and toluidine blue staining.Detect the expression of mRNA of proteoglycan and collagen type Ⅰ protein by RT-PCR at different time during culture.Results Immunohistochemistry staining ofproteoglycan and collagen type Ⅰ protein in BMSCs climbing film showed positive,while the control group showed negative.RT-PCR results suggest that the induced BMSCs express proteoglycan and collagen type Ⅰ protein higher than the control group.Conclusion BMP-14 can induce the BMSCs differentiating into the tendon cells in vitro.关键词
