循环加压冷敷系统于PLIF手术术后的临床应用研究
The clinical application research of Cryf/cuff Systems in PLIF surgery
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Cryf/cuff Systems for PLIF surgery patients with incision pain and wound drainage.Methods A total of 52 cases of lumbar PLIF surgical patients were selected from Jan 2015 to Dec 2015 in our hospital which randomly divided into observation group and control group,each group had 26 cases.The control group was treat with orthopaedic routine nursing,and the observation group treat with Cryf/cuffSystems base on the orthopaedic routine nursing.The VAS pain score of incision,the wound drainage and the wound complications of two groups were recorded to analysis the results.Results The two groups of patients in postoperative 6h VAS score and the wound drainage had no statistical significance (P＞0.05).The observation group of VAS score and the wound drainage in 12,24,48h after surgery was significantly lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).All patients in the two groups has no wound complications.Conclusion Cryf/cuff Systems can significantly reduce postoperative incision pain and wound drainage after lumbar PLIF surgery,which easy to operate and has the good application and promotional value.关键词
