单侧与双侧PKP治疗胸腰椎体压缩性骨折的早期疗效比较

摘要
Abstract
Objective To compare the early curative effect of unilateral and bilateral approach PKP for the thoracolumbarcompression fractures.Methods A total of 80 cases of patients with osteoporosis vertebral compression fractures was selected from Jan 2013 to Jun 2013 in our hospital.The patients were divided into unilateral group (group A) and bilateral group (group B) according to the PKP surgical approach,each group has 40 patients.Group A was including 52 vertebral bodies and group B was including 59 vertebral bodies.The preoperative and postoperative 3 days and 3 months' VAS score,Cobb Angle and height of vertebral body to restore range was compared between the two groups.Comparing two groups of patients with surgical time and the frequency ofintraoperative X-ray and bone cement leakage rate.Results The two groups of patient's sex ratio,age and body mass index had no statistically significant difference (P＞0.05),two groups of patients with postoperative 3 d and 3 m's VAS scores were significantly decreased (P＜0.05),VAS score between two groups has no statistical significance in postoperative 3d and 3m (P＞0.05).The two groups height of leading edge of vertebral body restore,height of middle of vertebral body restore and Cobb Angle recovery degree had no statistical significant difference (P＞0.05).The surgery time of group A was significantly less than group B (P＜0.05),the frequency of intraoperative X-ray of group A was significantly lower than group B (P＜0.05),and the two groups of patients with bone cement leakage rate difference has no statistical significance (P＞0.05).Conclusion The unilateral and bilateral approach PKP for the treatment of thoracolumbar body compression fractures can obviously relieve pain and correct spinal deformity.What's more,unilateral approach PKP can reduce the operation time,reduce radiation exposure comparing with bilateral approach.关键词
