手术与非手术治疗老年性桡骨远端骨折疗效比较

摘要
Abstract
Objective To compare outcomes for elderly patients with a displaced distal radius fracture who were treated with or without surgical intervention.Methods The functional recovery ofwrist joint after different methods of treatment was analyzed retrospectively in 88 patients with senile fractures of the distal radius.Results After 6 months of treatment,the patients with wrist joint activity were better than those treated by surgery,but there were no obvious differences in wrist joint activity between the two groups after 1 years (P＞0.05).Conclusion Early surgery in the treatment of elderly patients with distal radius fractures is better than that of the non operative treatment,and there is no significant difference in the recovery of joint function after one year.关键词
