摘要
Abstract
Objective Meta-analysis allogeneic tendon transplantation repair effect in hand tendon defect.Methods Retrieve from 1966 to 2015 literatures which reported allograft tendon transplantation repair in hand tendon defect,comprehensive analysis the excellent rate of allogeneic tendon transplantation repair effect by the evidence-based medicine Meta-analysis.Results Excellent rate ofallogeneic tendon transplantation was 75％ (69％ to 82％) by use random effects model to caleulate the rate in Meta-analysis,Further through stratified analysis,excellentrateoftransplantationwas75％ (66 to 83％) in 8 articles which based on study that use finger numbers as sample unit,76％ (68％ to 85％) was report in 11 articles which based on study that use cases number as sample unit.Conclusion Excellent rate is 75％ ofallogeneic tendon transplantation repair in hand tendon defect treatment.关键词
