成肌细胞原代培养及临床应用前景
Primary culture of myoblast and its clinical application prospect
摘要
Abstract
Myoblast,mononuclear quiescent cells in muscle tissue,located between sarcolemma and basement membrane,the precursor cell of muscle cell,plays an important role in the repair process of damaged muscle.With the development of molecular biology and cell biology,pecu-liarities of myoblast were further discovered,such as easy accessibility,wide source,strong ability of proliferation and differentiation in vitro,fusion with receptor muscle cells and share gene products,without unlimited proliferation and tumor formationafter implantation,autologous myoblast transplantation would not cause ethical controversy.Therefore myoblast is regarded as excellent seed cells to be used in the study and treatment of many kinds of system related diseases.This article provides a summary concentrate on the primary myoblast isolation,purification,factors affecting the proliferation and differentiation,and the prospects of the clinical application.关键词
