居家康复护理在老年脑卒中病人恢复期应用的研究进展
Research progress on application of home rehabilitation nursing for elderly stroke patients in recovery period
摘要
Abstract
This article expounded home rehabilitation nursing from concept,developed status quo in China and abroad,composition and working mode of the team,the best time for start and duration,and the application effect.It pointed out that the composition of home rehabilitation nursing team in China was too simple,especially lacking cross-disciplinary team.Many studies were limited to health education and guidance through telephone and remote.It was necessary to establish an interdisciplinary home rehabilitation nursing team composed by neurologist,clinical pharmacist,specialist nurse,rehabilitation physician and therapist,psychologist,nutritionist and community nurses.Regular home visits,rehabilitation training,medication guidance,psychologist,nutrition assessment,and guidance were very important to promote the comprehensive home rehabilitation nursing of the elderly patients with stroke.关键词
