Construction of Clinical Nursing Guideline on cancer related fatigue in adults
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To construct a Clinical Practice Guideline on cancer related fatigue (CRF) in adults.Method:Fudan EBN Collaborating Centre of the Joanna Briggs Institute (JBI) developed a localized "Clinical Practice Guideline:nursing care of cancer related fatigue in adults with cancer",using the JBI model of evidence-based healthcare as the theoretical framework,combined with the methods of constructing guidelines from China and foreign countries,carrying out pilot application,and evaluated its application effects from 3 aspects:system,nurses,and patients.Results:Clinical Practice Guideline:nursing care of cancer related fatigue in adults with cancer mainly included recommendations for screening and assessment of cancer related fatigue symptoms,intervention (general intervention,symptomatic treatment,and supportive care),etc.In the AGREE system,the standardized scores of the six dimensions were higher than 85%,and the clinical implementation process was feasible.Conclusion:Clinical Practice Guideline:nursing care of cancer related fatigue in adults with cancer was formed under the standard construction method of guidelines.The clinical trial had a certain feasibility,but the promotion needs further study.关键词
