基于岗位需求的高职实习护生核心能力框架的初步研究
Initial study on core competency framework for higher vocational student nurses based on job requirements

Abstract
Objective:To explore the constituent elements of core competency for higher vocational student nurses based on job requirements,and construct the initial framework.Methods:By searching literatures,a self-designed questionnaire,aiming at the constituent elements of core competence for higher vocational student nurses meeting job requirements.A total of 120 clinical nursing managers,nursing educators,and clinical teachers were investigated and interviewed by this questionnaire.Results:80.0% of clinical nursing managers,83.3% of nursing educators and 75.0% of clinical teachers suggested that the actual ability of higher vocational student nurses could not fully meet the job requirements,the differences were not statistically significant (P>0.05).The initial core competence framework for higher vocational student nurses was constructed including 3 first-level indicators (clinical nursing ability,professional quality ability,communication and collaboration ability),9 second-level indicators and 30 third-level indicators.Conclusion:Based on the job requirements,the initial core competence framework for higher vocational student nurses was constructed,including 3 first-level indicators,9 second-level indicators,and 30 third-level indicators.关键词
