Abstract
In recent years,teaching development centers for college teachers have been established gradually.As a service agency of professional development of college teachers to promote their teaching ability,development centers are playing important roles in college teachers′development and the improvement of college teaching quality.Starting from the current status of the centers at home and in other countries,this article will analyze the problems in the process of building development centers and try to provide corresponding suggestions and solutions.关键词
