摘要

Abstract

A new type of green ceramic pigment was prepared by solid state sintering reaction at 1.500.℃ with CaCO3, kaolin and alumina as the main raw materials.And Pr6O11 was introduced into raw materials to provide coloring ions.The color of the pigment is bright, non-toxic and harmless.The stability is good and the preparation process is simple.The samples were characterized by XRD, SEM and EDS.The results showed that the main components of the pigment were solid solution formed by Pr6O11 and Ca2Al2SiO7, and the brightness of the pigment increased with the increase of Pr6O11 content.
