摘要

Abstract

Using continuous mill, the raw materials is finer and the grinding efficiency is higher.Sintering temperature is reduced by using nano-alumina raw materials.A series of intelligent automation technology and equipment, operation labor is reduced about a half.Feed water separation agent is developed so that the solid content of slurry is increased by 50%, with improved high temperature and high humidity drying technology, gas consumption isreduced and drying efficiency is increased by 200%.He up-down temperature difference at tunnel kiln preheating zone decreased with the inverted flame is combined in tunnel kiln,ensured the quality of teh grinding body, while reducing energy consumption 10%.Through series measures of efficiency-improving and consume-reducing, the high performance nano grinding bodies are manufactured with large-scale and green-technology.
