南疆骏枣不同萃取物对小鼠的降血脂活性
The Hypolipidemic Activity of Different Extracts of Dried Jun Jujube in Southern Xinjiang on Mice Blood Lipids
摘要
Abstract
[Objective] To study the hypolipidemic effects of different Extracts from dried Jun Jujube in Southern Xinjiang on mice blood lipids.[Methods] Hyperlipidemia experimental model mice was established with high lipid diet, and the mice were treated with dried Jun Jujube Ethanol and Chloroform extracts 30 days.The body weight on mice and serum cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), high-density lipoprotein (HDL-C), and low density lipoprotein (LDL-C) were measured and analyzed.[Results] Dried Jun Jujube Ethanol and Chloroform extracts in high-dose group could significantly reduce the body weight and serum TC, TG and LDL-C levels of mice (p<0.05), significantly increase serum HDL-C level (p < 0.05).[Conclusion] Dried Jun Jujube Ethanol and Chloroform extracts has potent hyperlipidemic effect in hyperlipidemia mice.关键词
