On the Strategies and Paths to Cultivate and Improve the College Students' Personality in the New Media Time
摘要
Abstract
"Personality" is a concept with a rich connotation.To nurture and develop college students' good personality is of great significance, whether for college students' individual personality, physical and mental health, all-round development quality, or for schools and social development.There are many factors which can lead to college students' personality defects.In the new media time, to cultivate and perfect the college students' personality needs to be good at absorbing the traditional culture ideas on personality cultivation, learn to rational cognition good personality attributes, and guide students to consciously accept the ideal and belief education, clearly positioning the personality training goal;to guide students to actively participate in the high grade campus culture activities and combine the cultivating personality with the intelligent raise and artistic culture activities;to attach great importance to innovate the ideas and methods of personality cultivating,and to shape healthy personality by the means of improving the humanistic manners;and to pay more attention to innovative personality cultivating mode to satisfy the time request, especially to make the network into a platform that would be convenient for college students to strengthen the self-education, self-management and self-service.关键词
