摘要
Abstract
The amendment of Private Education Promotion Law is of great significance for the development of private education.However, many problems still need to be further clarified, including the construction of the party in private schools, private schools category management, the banning of for-profit school in compulsory education, private school handle supplementary pension insurance for staff, and the legal responsibility of illegal private school.Figuring out these questions will be helpful to the application of the new law.关键词
