Master-servant Relationship and Judicial Intervention in the Song Dynasty
摘要
Abstract
The relationship between master and servant is an important relation in Chinese traditional family.In the period of the Song Dynasty, there was records of "Zhuyi Puzhong", but with the continuous development of commodity currency relations, slavery in the traditional sense of social relations began to change to the employment, namely, the nature of slaves changed, and their independence consciousness gradually increased, the master and the clash between the growing.The Song Dynasty Judaism, based on the identity of the slaves to protect their basic personal rights and litigation rights, intends to intervene in the relationship between the master and servant relationship about the traditional family of internal relations.In practice there were some deviations, but it objectively and undoubtedly protected the slaves' interest.关键词
