干爽调温三维机织物的开发OACSTPCD
The development of dry-touch thermo-regulated 3D woven fabrics
以coolmax混纺纱、outlast空调纤维混纺纱和粘胶纱为原料,根据热舒适理论、织物中水传导机制、相变蓄热调温机制和差动毛细效应原理,设计开发具有吸湿快干和调温功能的分层正交、分层角联锁和多层接结等3种三维机织物,并对3种织物的吸湿快干性能和调温性能进行测试分析.结果表明,开发的干爽调温织物可同时达到吸湿速干与调温的效果,并优选出正交结构为综合性能较好的三维机织物结构.
