尼龙6短纤维/聚丁二酸丁二醇酯复合体系的结晶行为
Crystallization behavior of nylon-6/poly(butylenes succinate) composites
摘要
Abstract
The interfacial structures of the nylon-6/poly(butylenes succinate) (PBS) matrix/fiber composite systems prepared by introducing the nylon-6 fiber into the PBS melt were studied by means of optical microscopy,DSC,X-ray and SEM.The results clearly show that in the quiescent melt,a transcrystalline-like supermolecular structure of PBA develops due to its strong nucleation ability on nylon-6 fibers.The nucleation density decreases with the increment of the crystallization temperature.In the nylon-6/PBS composites,the crystallization temperature of PBS increases with increasing the content of nylon-6.The nylon-6 fiber generates the same phase transcrystalline layer as the spherulites.As a result,the crystal type of the PBS matrix keeps invariant with the addition of nylon-6.The morphological observation shows that the nylon-6 fiber is well connected with the PBS matrix.This indicates that a strong interfacial adhesion between the nylon-6 fiber and the PBS matrix,which will leads to an increment of the mechanical properties of PBS.关键词
