LATS1在宫颈癌中的表达及其生物学特性的实验研究
Experimental study of clinical significance and biological characteristics of LATS1 in cervical cancer

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical significance and biological characteristics of LATS1 in cervical cancer.Methods:The protein expression of LATS1 in 80 patients was detected by immunohistochemical staining.Transfection of LATS1 was performed in SiHa cell line.LATS1 siRNA knockdown was carried out in Caski cell line.MTT assay and matrigel invasion assay had been performed.Results:Expression of LATS1 was reduced in 45% (36/80) of cervical cancers.LATS1 overexpression inhibited cell proliferation and invasion.LATS1 overexpression up-regulated p27 expression and down-regulated expression of cyclin E and MMP-9.In addition,LATS1 overexpression stimulated YAP phosphorylation.LATS1 depletion in Caski cells showed the opposite effects.Conclusion:LATS1 as a tumor suppressor downregulated in cervical cancer,which play important roles in cell growth and invasion.关键词
