PELP1在Ⅱ型子宫内膜癌组织中的表达及其与ER相关性研究
Expression analysis of PELP1 in type Ⅱ endometrial carcinoma and its correlation with ER

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the expressions of proline,glutamate and leucine-rich protein 1 (PELP1) in type Ⅱ endometrial carcinoma and its correlation with estrogen receptor (ER).Methods:The expressions of PELP1 and ER were detected by immunohistochemical staining and the correlation between them were analyzed in 84 cases of endometrial carcinoma and 40 cases of normal endometrium.Results:The positive expression rates of PELP1 and ER in type I endometrial carcinoma and proliferative endometrium were higher than those in type II endometrial carcinoma and secretory endometrium,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05);there were no significant differences between type II endometrial carcinoma and secretory endometrium (P>0.05).Pearson correlation analysis showed that there was a positive correlation between PELP1 and ER in type I endometrial carcinoma (rs=0.348,P=0.01),and there was no correlation in type II endometrial carcinoma (rs=0.268,P=0.144).Conclusion:The expression of PELP1 in type II endometrial carcinoma is low,and has no correlation with ER.关键词
