宫腔镜注水膨宫下经腹超声评估子宫瘢痕憩室的应用价值
The value of assessing the cesarean section defect with transabdominal ultrasound during hysteroscopy procedure

Abstract
Objective:To study the value of transabdominal ultrasound during hysteroscopy about estimate the size and the thickness of residual muscle layer in cesarean scar defect.Methods:37 patients with cesarean section history who had menstrual alteration with abnormal bleeding were chosen.Transvaginal ultrasound and abdominal ultrasound during hysteroscopy were used to measure the length,width,height,depth and the thickness of residual muscle layer of diverticulum.To evaluate the advantages and disadvantages about of these two kinds of methods.Results:The length,width and height of diverticulum were greater when using abdominal ultrasound during hysteroscopy than normal vaginal ultrasound (P<0.05),the residual muscle layer thickness was thinner (P<0.05).Diverticulum were not deteted in 3 patients through normal vaginal ultrasound.While diverticulum typical appearance were observed using hysteroscopy.Conclusion:Abdominal ultrasound during hysteroscopy could not only measure the size of diverticulum but also observe the appearance of the diverticulum,which could get rid of using other benign or malignant endometrial diseases by endometrial biopsy.Abdominal ultrasound during hysteroscopy could be better in assessing the diverticulum compared with ordinary transvaginal ultrasound.关键词
