高效液相质谱联用法测定鸡肉中洛克沙胂
Determination of roxarsone in chicken muscles by high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry

Abstract
High performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (HPLC-MS) method was developed for determining of roxarsone in chicken muscles in the present study.The samples were extracted with K2HPO4 and the extraction solution was purified with MAX solid phase extraction column.Waters Acquity ACQUITY UPLC HSS T3 (50 mm×2.1 mm,1.8μm) was used as separation column.And the mobile phase was 0.05％ ammonia water-acetonitrile for gradient elution.Under these conditions,the linear range for roxarsone was 0.2-4.0 μg · mL-1,the linear correlation coefficient was above 0.995,and the detection limit was 0.10 μg · mL-1.The average recoveries of the roxarsone at three concentration levels ranged from 81.8％ to 87.2％ and the relative standard deviations (RSD) was less than 10.0％.The experiment results suggested that this method was simple,accurate and with a good reproducibility to determine roxarsone in chicken muscles.关键词
