Abstract
Streptococcus suis serotype 2 (SS2) is an important pathogen of zoonoses.In this study,to investigate the epidemiology of SS2 infection in Sichuan Province,1604 serum samples of pigs from 21 cities/states of Sichuan were detected by ELISA.The results showed that the positive rate of SS2 was 9.41％ (151/1604),with 7.67％ (66/860) in the large scale pig farms,and 11.42％ (85/744) in the scattered households.This study provides a basis for prevention and control of swine streptococcicosis.关键词
