Abstract
With the increase in the scale of higher education and the expansion of enrollment in the world, the number of new faculty in colleges and universities grows faster.The theory and practice of new faculty development has been gained more attention of colleges and universities in developed countries.University of Cambridge, University of Toronto, University of Sydney have taken some initiatives to promote the development of new faculty, and achieved good results.Their experience can provide some reference and inspiration for the development of new faculty in our country.关键词
