摘要

Abstract

In this paper,an HIV infection model with latent stage and CTL immune response is considered,the basic reproduction number is obtained.The global stabilities of the healthy equilibrium and infection equilibrium of the model are studied by constructing the suitable Lyapunov functions.When the number is not greater than 1,the healthy equilibrium is globally stable on the feasible region,which implies that in-host HIV dies out eventually;when the number is greater than 1,the model has a unique infection equilibrium,which is globally stable in the feasible region,that is,HIV persists in the body of the infected individuals,and the concentration of in-host HIV tends to a positive number.
