广西地区骨与关节结核患者外周血中白细胞介素-23的水平及临床意义
Clinical significance and interleukin-23 level in peripheral blood of patients with bone and joint tuberculosis in Guangxi

Abstract
Objective To detect the expression of interleukin-23(IL-23) level in peripheral blood of patients with bone and joint tuberculosis in Guangxi and to explore its clinical significance.Methods Forty-five patients with bone and joint tuberculosis admitted to our hospital from July,2015 to July,2016 were selected as observation group.And fifty-four healthy subjects were selected as control group.The levels of serum IL-23 in peripheral blood were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) in both groups and the levels of plasma C reactive protein(CRP) and erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR) were tested by routine method.The difference of levels of IL-23,CRP and ESR was compared between the two groups and correlation between IL-23 levels and CRP,ESR levels in the observation group was analyzed.Results Difference of expression levels of IL-23,CRP and ESR in peripheral blood of both groups was statistically significant(P<0.001).The levels of IL-23,CRP and ESR in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and there was no linear correlation between IL-23 and CRP and ESR in the peripheral blood of the observation group(P>0.05).Conclusion The expression of IL-23 in peripheral blood of patients with bone and joint tuberculosis in Guangxi significantly increases,which suggests that IL-23 may play an important role in the pathogenesis of bone and joint tuberculosis.关键词
