青年乳腺癌患者术后化疗期抑郁的影响因素分析
An analysis of influencing factors of depression in young patients with breast cancer during postoperative chemotherapy period

Abstract
Objective To investigate incidence of depression in young patients with breast cancer during postoperative chemotherapy period,so as to analyze influencing factors of depression during the course of treatment.Methods 150 patients who underwent chemotherapy after operation were investigated by self-designed general information questionnaire,M.D.Anderson Symptom Inventory(MDASI) and Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS).Results 66% of patients have depressive disorder to various levels,and the level of depression was higher than the domestic norm(P<0.001).Multiple regression analysis showed that family relationship,subjective feeling to the disease,economic burden caused by disease were the main influencing factors of depression(P<0.001).In chemotherapy side effects,nausea,fatigue,vomiting,sleep disturbances were the main influencing factors of depression(P<0.001).Conclusion Postoperative chemotherapy is a susceptible period of depression in young patients with breast cancer,medical staff should pay more attention to the main influencing factors and develop appropriate preventive measures to reduce the level of depression.关键词
