中药四黄水蜜外敷治疗急性痛风性关节炎的疗效观察
An observation of curative effects of four yellow honey on acute gouty arthritis

Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of four yellow honey for external application+colchicine for oral administration in the treatment of acute gouty arthritis,so as to provide basis for a new therapeutic approach for patients with acute gouty arthritis.Methods 80 cases of acute gouty arthritis were randomly divided into two groups,observation group were given four yellow honey for external application+colchicine for oral administration,and control group were given colchicine for oral administration only.And then,the quality of life of the two groups were evaluated,and clinical symptom score 24 hours after treatment and clinical efficacy after 3 days of treatment were observed.Results After treatment,the quality of life scores of the two groups were significantly higher than those before treatment(P<0.05).24 hours after treatment,difference of clinical symptom score between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).3 days after treatment,there was statistically significant difference in dosage,adverse reactions,clinical effects and satisfaction of colchicine for oral administration between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Four yellow honey for external application+colchicine for oral administration in the treatment of acute gouty arthritis can obviously joint pain and swelling time,improve joint function,reduce dosage and side effects,and improve the quality of life of the patients.Thus,it is worthy of clinical application.关键词
