以性病诊疗为依托的预防艾滋病行为干预模式研究
A study on intervention mode of HIV/AIDS prevention based on clinical service of sexually transmitted disease

Abstract
Objective To explore the intervention mode of HIV/AIDS prevention based on clinical service of sexually transmitted disease(STD).Methods Follow-up study was conducted in this study.Based on Skin Disease Prevention and Treatment Hospital of Fangcheng District in Fangchenggang City,6 months of clinical services and clinical intervention services were provided to patients who sought diagnosis and treatment service in the clinic,or the ones who had multiple sexual partners,unsafe sexual behaviors and their sexual partners had history of STD infection.These questionnaires about behaviors were investigated before and after intervention.Results After intervention,the accurate recognition rates for knowledge about HIV/AIDS among these participants significantly increased(P<0.01).The rate of frequent condom utilization among these people who had sex with fixity sexual partners before curing increased significantly(P<0.01),and the rates of frequent condom utilization among these people who had sex with non-fixity sexual partners and commercial sex workers also increased significantly(P<0.01).Conclusion To popularize combination of AIDS and STD intervention mode in clinical diagnosis and treatment can greatly improve the recognition rate of HIV related knowledge and the rate of condom use,which is significant for HIV/AIDS and STD prevention.关键词
