Abstract
Objective To investigate clinical efficacy and safety of radioactive iodine combined with low-dose methimazole in the treatment of hyperthyroid heart disease.Methods 102 patients with hyperthyroid heart disease admitted to hospital from January,2013 to January,2015 were selected as study subjects,and they were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 51 cases in each group according to different treatment methods.The control group were given conventional treatment combined with low-dose methimazole,and based on which the observation group were treated with radioactive iodine.Clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared,and adverse drug reactions were analyzed.Results 3 months,6 months and 12 months of treatment,FT3 and FT4 levels significantly reduced in both groups,and compared with those before treatment,difference was statistically significant (P<0.01).And FT3 and FT4 of the observation group decreased more significantly,and compared with those of the control group,difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Total effective rate of the observation group was 94.12%,significantly higher than that (70.59%) of the control group,there was statistically significant difference between the two groups(P<0.01).No serious adverse reactions were found during the treatment of the two groups.Conclusion Radioactive iodine combined with low-dose methimazole has good clinical curative effects in the treatment of hyperthyroid heart disease with high safety.Thus,it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.关键词
