高压氧联合依达拉奉治疗一氧化碳中毒迟发性脑病的疗效观察

Abstract
Objective To observe the effect of hyperbaric oxygen combined with edaravone in the treatment of delayed encephalopathy after acute carbon monoxide poisoning(DEACMP).Methods A total of 80 cases of DEACMP were selected and randomly divided into two groups.40 cases in control group were given routine treatment and hyperbaric oxygen therapy,and based on which 40 cases in experimental group were added edaravone.After two courses of treatment,changes of indexes like clinical efficacy,intelligence test score(HDS) and electroencephalogram(EEG),etc were compared.Results After treatment,the clinical efficacy of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.001),intelligence scale scores of the two groups all significantly improved(P<0.01),and that of the experimental group improved more significantly(P<0.001).In the experimental group,EEG of 10 cases(25.0%) returned to normal,while that of 3 cases(7.5%) returned to normal in the control group,so difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Hyperbaric oxygen combined with edaravone can effectively improve symptoms of DEACMP.It is a safe and effective adjuvant therapy, and thus is worthy of clinical application.关键词
