摘要

Abstract

Aiming at the problem of display Mura in touch LCDs,we put forward the method that different LCDs choose different optical adhesives or different bonding procedures.First of all,we put forward an equivalent simplification of the structure for the LCDs,the structure consists of up polarizer,CF substrate,liquid crystal equivalent layer,TFT substrate and down polarizer.and 2 LCDs are tested for mechanical characteristic parameters.Then,the simulation model is established according to the actual size.Furthermore,the simulation analysis based on the parameters of optical adhesive is performed.Results show that it is better to apply different optical adhesives with different thermodynamic parameters for individual LCDs.The simulation concludes that the optical adhesive with the elastic modulus under 1.65×108 Pa and the linear expansion coefficient under 1.2×10-3 m/℃ is suitable for LCD 1.The optical adhesive with the elastic modulus under 1.65×107 Pa and the linear expansion coefficient under 1.2×10-3 m/℃ is suitable for LCD 2.Such method to choose suitable optical adhesives for LCDs is feasible and provides a valuable reference for the improvement in actual production.
