摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of Yangxueqingnao granule on improving symptoms of sleep disorders in patients with stroke and serum clearance of 5 hydroxytryptamine (5-HT) and brain derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF) level. Methods One hundred and twenty four cases of sleep disorder patients with stroke were selected in this study from May 2015 to May 2016 in our hospital, they were randomly divided into observation group (62 cases) and control group (62 cases), the control group was given oral administration of Dexzopiclone tablets, on the basis of the observation group therapy, observation group also given raise serum brain particles, the clinical effect and the levels of serum 5-HT and BDNF levels were compared between the two groups. Results The total efficiency of the observation group was 91.94%, control group total effective rate was 79.03%, the difference was statistically significant (χ2=4.159,P<0.05); before treatment, no significant difference of sleep quality index score, serum 5-HT and BDNF level between the observation group and control group (P>0.05), the 2 groups after treatment, the quality of sleep was improved, the level of 5-HT and BDNF increased (P<0.05), and the observation group's sleep quality scores was lower than the control group, serum 5-HT and BDNF levels were higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion It suggested that the Yangxueqingnao granule could alleviate post stroke sleep disorder in patients and elevate serum 5-HT, BDNF levels.关键词
