摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of Cyr61 and VEGF in the development of colorectal cancer. Methods Ninety-four cases of colorectal cancer patients who were treated in our hospital were selected as colorectal cancer group, and 20 cases of colitis patients enrolled as control group. Detected Cyr61 and VEGF by immunohistochemical method, analyzed the relationship between the expression Cyr61, VEGF protein and the clinical pathological, the survival rate of patients with follow-up.Results The relative expression of Cyr61 and VEGF in the normal group was significantly lower than those in the colorectal cancer group (P<0.01); High expression rates of Cyr61 and VEGF were significantly lower in the patients with middle and high differentiation than those with low degree of differentiation (χ2=8.309,χ2=7.733,P<0.01); T3 / T4 patients Cyr61 and VEGF expression was significantly higher than that in T1/T2 patients(χ2=4.532,χ2=3.778,P<0.05); lymph node metastasis of Cyr61 and VEGF in patients with high expression rate was significantly higher than that without lymph node metastasis(χ2=6.365,χ2=7.050,P<0.01); III and IV patients Cyr61 and VEGF high expression rate was significantly higher than that of the I + II patients (χ2=34.535,χ2=57.343,P<0.01); the average survival time of patients with high expression of Cyr61 was significantly lower than patients with low CYR61 expression (t=32.80,P<0.01); the average survival time of patients with high expression of VEGF was significantly lower than patients with low VEGF expression (t=19.13,P<0.01).Conclusion In colorectal cancer, the VEGF and Cry61 were closely related to the degree of tumor differentiation, infiltration, lymph node metastasis and TNM stage. In clinic, Cry61 and VEGF levels can be detected for the early diagnosis of colorectal cancer and the prognosis of colorectal cancer.关键词
